Norbrook attends Winter Fair 2007

The Kings Hall, Balmoral was the venue on the 13th December for the 2007 Winter Fair; an established and highly successful event in the agricultural calendar. More than 120 companies participated in the primarily dairy event displaying the best of N.Ireland's dairy cattle, machinery and services. One of which was Norbrook Laboratories Ltd. Norbrook has attended the event on many occasions and was proud to grace the showground's yet again.

Norbrook took advantage of the day to address crowds of farmers and tradesmen on their key veterinary products. The job of the Winter Fair is for everyone involved to find out what's new and what they can do to improve their business, therefore Norbrook were delighted at the response received at their trade stand in relation to their chief products; Closamectin, the innovative 4 in 1 injection for fluke, worms and external parasites and the widely successful Noromectin range used to control internal and external parasites and livestock.

Entertainment was also provided on the day by the Norbrook team who had invited celebrity guest Derek Thornton, star of BBC's 'Derek's Dreams' to announce the winner of the grand give away Porter trailer. There were a significant number of entries; however it was Sean McGovern from Clogher who happily walked away with the prize. For all those who lost out, don't despair; expect another great prize draw from Norbrook at the Balmoral show May 16th 2008.
